Erin Campbell
Funeral Director
Erin’s great, great, great grandfather, Ronald G. Campbell, founded George Campbell & Sons Ltd. in the 1870s. The company was well known for building and repairing carriages, and later expanded into making coffins, and eventually, directing funerals. Erin represents the sixth generation of Campbells to serve families in Sackville and the surrounding area.
At the age of 22, Erin was one of the youngest licensed funeral directors and embalmers in New Brunswick when she took over management of the funeral home following the death of her father, Will. She received her apprenticeship license in 1999 from the Nova Scotia Community College in Kentville, and completed her internship at the Dupuis Funeral Home in Memramcook, and at Campbell’s Funeral Home under Allan Sears. She received her license from the Funeral Directors Association of New Brunswick in May of ??.
Since then both Erin and the company have become known for her compassionate and professional manner. Erin feels privileged to provide comfort and support to families during difficult times, and to do so in the welcoming atmosphere of her family’s beautiful home.
Erin provides funeral services for all faiths and churches. She also helps families with pre-planning funerals, receptions, memorial donations, and monuments.
Keith Miller
Funeral Attendant
Keith grew up in Yarmouth County, Nova Scotia, and attended Bethany Bible College in Sussex, New Brunswick. He was a pastor in Westchester, NS, until he and his wife, Laurie, moved to Amherst in 1985, and then to Sackville in 2006. Both are devoted members of the Main Street Baptist Church.
Keith enjoys sports, both playing and watching. He is the College and Career director at Church, and sings in the choir.
Keith joined Campbell’s Funeral Home in May of 2007, and he says it is the most fulfilling job he’s ever done. He admires Erin Campbell’s commitment to excellence and loves the home atmosphere and working in a family business.
Keith and Laurie are greatly enjoying life in Sackville, and feel privileged to serve the families in this area.
