He was 65 years of age.</p>
<p>Born in Scotland on May 8, 1944, he was the son of the late William and Isabella (Newlands) Brine.</p>
<p>Isaac was very proud of his family and was excited to introduce his sons and grandchildren to everyone around him. He showed the true meaning of strength, having dealt with many trials and tribulations in his life. He met his wonderful wife Marie and turned his life around, showing everyone that if you don’t give up, you can get through anything. Isaac was a loving son, husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend.</p>
<p>Isaac will be sadly missed by his wife, Marie (Fougere) of Moncton, N.B.; two sons, Robert (Kelley) Brine of Amherst, N.S. and Calvin (Maria) Brine of Brampton, Ontario; sister, Patsy (Ronnie) Beal of Dorchester, N.B.; three brothers, John Brine of Amherst, N.S., Tommy (Marlene) Brine of Oshawa, Ontario and Jimmy Brine of Ontario; four grandchildren and one step-grandchild.</p>
<p>He was predeceased by his parents; his sister, Annie Wallace and by his granddaughter, Emily.</p>
<p>Arrangements are entrusted to Campbell’s Funeral Home, 89 Bridge Street, Sackville, N.B. (364-8188). Cremation has taken place and the family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Monday, March 1, 2010 from 6-9 PM. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 2, 2010 at 2 PM at Campbell’s Funeral Home with Father Vernon Driscoll officiating. Burial will take place in the spring in the Holy Rosary St. Vincent’s Catholic Cemetery.</p>
<p>In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Isaac may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the charity of ones choice.</p>

Alex was 23 years of age.</span></div>
<p><span style="medium;">Born on October 12, 1986 in Moncton, N.B., he was the son of Michael and Margaret-Ann (Wilson) Burden.</p>
<p>Alex had a wonderful sense of humor, and in spite of his shy personality he loved people and was very friendly. He was an amateur gemologist and enjoyed geography, history and reading about exotic cars. Alex loved to travel and was especially fond of England. He enjoyed music and loved to drive. He was a loving son, brother, grandson, nephew and friend.</p>
<p>Alex will be sadly missed by his parents, Michael and Margaret-Ann (Wilson) Burden of Sackville, N.B.; his sister, Krista Burden and his brother Benjamin Burden, both of Halifax, N.S.; his maternal grandmother, Margaret Wilson of Fredericton, N.B.; five Uncles, Robert Wilson, Christopher (Barbara) Burden, Nicholas (Ruby) Burden and Peter (Mexie) Burden, all of Fredericton, N.B. and Ivan Morrissette of Pembroke, Ontario; two Aunts, Martha Gillrie and Beverley DeLong, both of Fredericton, N.B. and by his cousin, Melissa Wilson of Fredericton, N.B.</p>
<p>He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Harry Wilson; his paternal grandparents, Paul and Iris Burden; his Aunt, Penny Morrissette and his cousin, Elizabeth Morrissette.</p>
<p>Arrangements are entrusted to Campbell’s Funeral Home, 89 Bridge Street, Sackville, N.B. (364-8188). Cremation has taken place and the family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Saturday, January 23, 2010 from 1-4 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated from St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Fredericton, N.B. on Monday, January 25, 2010 at 11 am with Father Monte Peters officiating.</p>
<p>Donations in memory of Alex may be made to the Harvest House (Moncton, N.B.), Karing Kitchen (Moncton, N.B.), Nazareth House (Moncton, N.B.) or to the charity of one’s choice.</p>

Mitton, announce her passing at the Drew Nursing Home, on Saturday, January 16, 2010. Hazel was 89 years of age.</p>
<p>Born on March 25, 1920 in Woodhurst, N.B., she was the daughter of the late Horace and Elizabeth (Cameron) Card.</p>
<p>Hazel was a member of the Dorchester Baptist Church, the Dorchester Seniors Club, Loyal True Blue Lodge (LBTA) #176 and the Rebekah Lodge. Hazel worked at Steadmans in Sackville and also at the Mount Allison University Library. She loved spending time at her cottage at Anne’s Acres and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend.</p>
<p>Hazel will be sadly missed by her daughter, Dorothy (Gerald) Phinney of Sackville, N.B.; her son, Wayne (Alice) Crossman of Winnipeg, Manitoba; her two brothers, Aubrey Card of Moncton, N.B. and Arnold Card of Kanata, Ont.; her step-daughter, Linda (Robert) Bourque of Sackville, N.B.; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren; one niece and two nephews.</p>
<p>She was predeceased by her first husband, George Crossman in 1974; her second husband, Reginald Mitton in 2005 and by her son Arnold Crossman in 1982.</p>
<p>Arrangements have been entrusted to Campbell’s Funeral Home, 89 Bridge Street, Sackville, N.B. (364-8188). The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Monday, January 18, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at 2 PM with Pastor Terry Branscombe officiating. Burial will take place in the spring in the Sackville Cemetery.</p>
<p>In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Hazel may be made to the Drew Nursing Home, Dorchester Baptist Church or to the charity of ones choice.</p>

Charles endured a long illness and passed away with his loving family by his side.</p>
<p>Born in Sackville, N.B. on October 30, 1944, he was the son of Geneva (Wheaton ) and the late Beverly Crossman.</p>
<p>Charles worked at Enterprise Foundry and as a custodian for District #2 until his declining health forced him to take early retirement. He was a member of Main Street Baptist Church and Brotherhood. He loved the outdoors, fishing, hunting, golfing and spending time at his cottage. Charles will be remembered by his grandchildren for the stories he told around the campfire at his cottage and for his great sense of humor to all who knew him. Charles was a devoted husband, father and Papa to his wife and family.</p>
<p>Charles will be sadly missed by his wife Audrey (Hicks) Crossman of Westcock, N.B.; his mother, Geneva Crossman of Shemogue, N.B.; two daughters, Karen (Dale) of Sackville, N.B. and Jennifer (Tim) of Sussex, N.B.; son, Steve (Tricia) of Fall River, N.S.; three sisters, Eunice (Ken), Margaret and Colleen; four brothers, Jerry (Nancy), Gordon, Roland (Barb) and Vern (Brenda); eight grandchildren, Matthew, Geoffrey, Brian, Scott, Marc, Liam, Caleb and Elaina and several close nieces and nephews.</p>
<p>He was predeceased by his father Beverly and by his brother Merle.</p>
<p>Arrangements are entrusted to Campbell’s Funeral Home, 89 Bridge Street, Sackville, N.B. (364-8188). Visitation will take place on Tuesday, January 5, 2010 from 6-8 PM at Campbell’s Funeral Home. The Funeral service will be held from the funeral home on January 6, 2010 at 11 AM with Pastor Andrew Swanson and Rev. Timothy P. MacDonald officiating. Burial will take place in the spring in the Sackville Cemetery.</p>

<p>Doris loved being with her family and enjoyed spending time at her cottage as well as playing cards, knitting and visiting and helping family and friends.</p>
<p>Doris will be sadly missed by her two daughters, Gail (Jim) McGill and Sandra Estabrooks, both of Sackville, N.B.; grandson, Eddie McGill of Moncton, N.B.; brother-in-law, Vernon Estabrooks of Sackville, N.B. and many nieces and nephews. Doris was the last surviving member of her immediate family.</p>
<p>She was predeceased by her husband, Frank Estabrooks; her sisters, Kathleen Estabrooks, Elizabeth Rynne and Jennie Anderson and by her brothers, Laird, William, Walter, Hallet, Stanley, James and Albert.</p>
<p>Arrangements are entrusted to Campbell’s Funeral Home, 89 Bridge Street, Sackville, N.B.(364-8188). Visiting hours will take place on Sunday, December 20, 2009 from 1-1:30 pm at which time a memorial service will be held with Rev. Vernon Vickruck officiating. A time of fellowship will be shared following the service at the funeral home. Burial will take place in the spring in the Midgic Cemetery.</p>

Anna was 86 years of age.</p>
<p>Born in Baie Verte, N.B. on June 15, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Janet (Goodwin) and Carritte Trenholm.</p>
<p>Anna was a member of the Wesley United Church in Bayfield, N.B. and member and Past President of the United Church Women in Spence Settlement, N.B., as well as the President of Silver Pioneers in Spence Settlement. She was also Past President of the Senior Citizens Club of Baie Verte, N.B. Anna loved to play cards and do many other activities.</p>
<p>Anna will be sadly missed by her two step-sons, Russell (Jean) Pollard of Kitchener, Ontario and Siguard (Carlotta) Everett of Fredericton, N.B.; two sisters-in-law, Bernetta Trenholm and Ernestine Trenholm; special friend, Powell Walton and many nieces and nephews.</p>
<p>She was predeceased by her first husband, William Pollard and by her second husband, Frank Everett; brothers, Manfred, Walter, Wylie and Eugene Trenholm and by her sisters, Amy Blackburn and Fidella (Del) Dorsay.</p>
<p>Arrangements are entrusted to Campbell’s Funeral Home, 89 Bridge Street, Sackville, N.B. (364-8188). In keeping with Anna’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. A grave-side service for family and friends will take place on Monday, December 14, 2009 at 11 am in the Trenholm Cemetery, Murray Corner, N.B. with Bill Drysdale, DLM officiating.</p>

<p>David was a mechanic by trade and was employed with Lounsbury Automotive Company, General Electric, Brian Estabrooks, Shell Station and with the Town of Sackville Public Works Department, as a Street Foreman for 26 years. David was employed with Moloney Electric from 1998 until 2002, when he was forced to retire due to health concerns. He enjoyed working in his garage and spending time with his grandson and his friends.</p>
<p>David will be sadly missed by his wife of 38 years, Janice (Estabrooks) of Sackville, N.B.; son, Travis (Laura) of Sackville, N.B.; his grandson and the light of his life, Lucas Gary David Thurston; his mother, Dora (Bowser) of Sackville, N.B.; his brother, Eric (Helen) of Dieppe, N.B.; his Aunt, Nita (Bowser) Cook of Sackville, N.B.; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews as well as his special care-givers, Cheryl Phinney, Tricia Phinney and Janice Sears.</p>
<p>Arrangements are entrusted to Campbell’s Funeral Home, 89 Bridge Street, Sackville, N.B. (364-8188). The family will receive visitors on Saturday, December 5, 2009 from 1-4:30 PM at the funeral home. A memorial service will take place at the funeral home on Sunday, December 6, 2009 at 3 PM with Rev. Vernon Vickruck officiating. Burial will take place in the Four Corners Cemetery.</p>
<p><span style="medium;">In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of David may be made to the Canadian Diabetic Association, Drew Nursing Home, Sackville Hospital Auxiliary or to the charity of one’s choice.</span></p>

<p>Born in Sackville, N.B. on August 4, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Ellsworth Wallace Bulmer and Beatrice Nora Bowser.</p>
<p>Phyllis was a proud member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #26, Sackville and an avid supporter of the Legion. Phyllis was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.</p>
<p>Phyllis will be sadly missed by her daughter, Dale Cordy-Fisher (Ogden) and her husband Sterling Fisher of Dartmouth, N.S.; five sisters, Doris, Maddie, Betty, Thelma and Ruthie; two grandsons, Christopher Warren (Karen) of Ontario and Shannon Cordy, of Cape Breton and her granddaughter, Julienne Marie Cordy of Cape Breton; great-grandson, Ty Warren of Ontario and several nieces and nephews.</p>
<p>She was predeceased by her first husband, Carl Ogden and by her second husband, George Jackson.</p>
<p>Arrangements are entrusted to Campbell’s Funeral Home, 89 Bridge Street, Sackville, N.B. (364-8188). Visitation will take place at the funeral home on Monday, October 26, 2009, from 6-8 PM. The funeral service will be held from Campbell’s Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at 2PM with Father Kevin Stockall officiating. A time of reception will be shared following the service. Internment will take place in the Sackville Cemetery.</p>
<p>Donations in memory of Phyllis, may be made to the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #26, SPCA or to the charity of ones choice.</p>

<p>She was predeceased by her brothers, Montague, Floyd, Darrell, Thorald, Edison and Hector.</p>
<p>Arrangements are entrusted to Campbell’s Funeral Home, 89 Bridge Street, Sackville, N.B. (364-8188). In keeping with Gertrude’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation. A graveside service for Gertrude&#8217;s family and friends will be held at the Sackville Cemetery on Saturday, September 12, 2009 at 2 PM with Rev. Bob Campbell officiating. Following the burial, all are invited to join in a time of reception at Campbell’s Funeral Home.</p>
<p>In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Gertrude may be made to the SPCA or to the charity of one&#8217;s choice.</p>
